Treatment plan
During your initial appointment, your provider at Nuture Mental Health Services will develop an individualized treatment plan. Your mental health treatment needs to be geared to your unique circumstances and diagnosis. Your evaluation lets us learn how best to help you, as you move forward with your custom treatment plan. we take time to go over your treatment plan with you in detail, so that you can grasp the overall benefits and risks of each option. We also help you stay aware of, and address, any potential side effects.
Method of delivery
At Nuture Mental Health Services, we provide Comprehensive psychiatric Evaluation, Medication management, Psychoeducation, treatment planning and psychotherapy.
Method of Service Delivery
We provide telehealth and will soon expand to in-person option for our client’s conveniences. We accept insurance: Medicare, Premera Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Regence Blue Shield, Kaiser and First Choice Health.
We provide services for self-pay clients with a sliding scale. Payment options for self-pay clients are through ACH Bank Transfer, Master card, Visa, Zelle, American Express and Discover
